Trust is essential
when making important decisions. While a notary does not provide legal advice, we are by your side with patience and supportive communication.
We perform notary acts for wills and trusts, power of attorney, financial agreements, contracts, real estate, and more. These may be some of your most meaningful, significant and financially impactful decisions. We aim to make the process easier.
About Hilary Fuss
I am certified by the California Secretary of State to perform Notary Acts as well as a Loan Signings. I am a bonded and insured member of the National Notary Association.
I have worked in the wine industry for 20+ years, with the last chapter in logistics and compliance. The attention to detail in that role prepared me for public notary work.
Prior to the wine business, I was a social worker, a very fulfilling work experience. I am comfortable working with people in stressful situations.
I hope you can have peace of mind in having me by your side as you making decisions.
